Though I only took an evening dose, I slept much better and had many dreams which most I could remember. They were so vivid in my mind when I woke up. Then for next few days I took full dose 3 times a day 15 drops and began to fell more energetic, less tired and overall had a good, positive feeling. Then I though to go a step further and applied Trans D directly on my penis. I do not recommend this because it is not relevant where on your skin you apply it so long so the blood vessels /veins are close so that Trans D can go directly into the blood stream. But I did wake up with a big erection which at my age does not happen every morning.
